Can I just start by saying wow. My God is so good, so faithful, so kind, so powerful. He has really done a work here!

We spent 9 days there! We stayed in Vancouver Washington at a recovery facility called Freedom House.

On Saturday the 30th our group went to visit Mount St. Helens and took a tour with a creation ministry. I recommend it! It was so cool getting to visit a monument like that and talk about Jesus with all of the other people visiting! It ended up being really cold and windy but we had so much fun! God blessed us with a clear sky so we could see everything and it was the last day that the ministry was doing tours for the season!

That Sunday for the first time in THP history the group split and shared at 2 churches! God is expanding the ministry! After church we were getting smoothies and ended up having a conversation with a girl there. She was interested in the ministry and we got to pray over her and for her. She said she was wanting to do something like this when she graduated from high school. That night we went door to door sharing the gospel with people. Halloween is such and evil night and it was cool to see the way the Lord used us to shine in the darkness. The team split into several small groups. I went to the door of one house with another person and we were talking with the man who answered the door he said he was a Christian and we asked how we could pray for him and then he invited us into his house. Typically we wouldn't go in but we did. He introduced us to his wife and daughter in law. And we prayed over the family and got to talk about the things God was doing with us and the ministry. After that we went to several other houses. I got to pray over another man and watch the Lord soften his heart. He had been very discouraged but God encouraged him that night! Afterwards we all talked about what happened and most of the group said that this had been the best Halloween any of us had ever had!

On Monday we got to go to Long Beach in Washington and have a little retreat. My favorite thing about the ocean is seeing the power of God in the waves and His controlling the ocean. God alone can control the ocean!

On Tuesday we had a pretty chill day, we had some class time and discussion and then went to the Young Adults group. They asked us to share some of the things God had been teaching us through the Tenth Hour. It was a sweet time of fellowship!

On Wednesday Night we split up into two groups again and shared at two separate churches! Then on Thursday night we all went to youth group and taught the School of Evangelism class to the youth! We were all really encouraged. God answered my prayer! I had the opportunity to talk with a woman on Sunday and she had asked me to pray for her son, he got to come to Young Adults and I got to talk with him about THP!

Friday and Saturday we spent a few hours evangelizing at the mall! It was so sweet! I got to be prayer team one of the days and really got to see the Lord move through that! Man the battle is real guys and if we aren't standing in God's strength and victory then we have lost! I'm really learning what that means to fight from victory! We spent Friday evening playing games and hanging out. Saturday evening we had prayer and God really moved in all of our hearts!

Sunday we split again and went to two churches! That evening the staff at Freedom House wanted to bless us with an early Thanksgiving dinner! We spent the evening playing games, fellowshiping, and packing!

Monday morning we loaded up and headed for Las Vegas! We spent the night in Winnemucca Nevada. We got to talk with a man at Taco Bell. He was such a sweetheart and he was so open with us about the struggles in his life.

God has been showing me recently to abandon myself. What does that mean? Giving up all of my questions and doubts and trusting them in God's hands! So pray for me in that!
