2022 Recap and What I’m doing now!

It's has been way too long since my last post and I have so much to share. Buckle up it's gonna be a crazy ride!

Where am I

In October I decided that I needed to be around family again. So I packed up everything and moved home. I really enjoyed the drive! It took several days but I was blessed to have a few places to stay on my way home. I got to see my Grandpa again! He is literally such a sweetheart. I miss him so much all the time. Just look at him and tell me he isn't the cutest old man, like look at those overalls!

I got to see a really good friend of mine just days before she had her precious baby! It was so sweet getting to be with her for a short time. I only got one picture of her and she would kill me if I posted it. But we went to IKEA and had meatballs! It was so sweet!

I got to see some beautiful sights along the way and even fed a donkey pretzels!

What am I doing

So right now I'm working as a Barista at a local coffee shop. It's called Roasters and you should really check it out if you ever have a chance! I have had so much fun doing this and am so blessed I got the job! But there are some changes coming!!

But let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I've been home for a few months and lots has changed. My brother Nic had a baby! Her name is Hananiah and she is SOO cute! Also I've had a really sweet time seeing the rest of Nic's kids. My brother has his own little family! And I love them

all so much!

Also I got a dog!! And he is the love of my life! I had been praying for several months that God would bring me a companion. His name is buddy and I can't believe I get to call him mine.

Where am I going

I talked about some changes so I'll get to it!

I am moving again!!

I have been offered an internship at a church to help with their childrens ministry. The pastor and I are praying that it will turn into a permenant Childrens Director position but we need to make sure it's a good fit for all of us. I am so excited about it and can't wait to get started! The church has never had an official childrens ministry position but they are in need of somebody to be fully dedicated to the kids!

I'll tell you guys the name and location once we have announced it to the church. For now I want to be on the safe side so there are no surprises!

To summarize

2022 was a very eventful and challenging year for me. But God has remained faithful! I have grown so much this last year and I can't wait to see what God has in store. I can't believe where He has taken me and the adventure I get to call my life!

I am beyond blessed to be where I am today and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Prayer requests

• I'm moving at the end of February, so prayers for all of that. I'm driving my own car and I'm taking my dog with me. The journey is about 10 hours by car.

• My family. I have truly had so much fun with my family and am really sad to be leaving them again. Prayers for all of them and me as I leave them yet again. I'm going to miss them like crazy!

• My dog. He is a bit of an escape artist so prayers that he doesn't try to run off. He recently got fixed so we are hoping that keeps him a little bit more calm.

• Provision. I get to stay with the pastor and his wife for a few months so that is amazing! However, we would love for me to find my own place. Prayers that there would be am affordable place for me and my dog to call home.
